I started to lift free weights. I'm up to 12 1/2 lbs on both arms. Taking it slow.

There are mirrors in front of me, when I'm at the bench, and I can take a long slow look at myself.

Ever read a book, watch a movie, hold a conversation with someone, and your life runs parellell to that object, that thing. And whatever it is, it not only resonnates a sound within, self-actualzation, self-realisation comes into play. I'm just wondering.

Andy McDowell is a horrible actress, I cringe at her make-up ads in magazines, on television. Her false protrayall that she is just trying ever so hard, to cover up a mysterious and shamefull past, like Evita Peron, but not to that much magnatitude.

I havn't finished the book I'm reading: "The myth between you and me", which was a goal I set out to do, and hopefully once airborne I'll be able to finish it off. After her boss dies, Cameron (female), is set with a final task he has left her to do: hand deliver a wraped package to her friend whom she hasn't spoken to since a falling out ten years prior. She sets out what would assume to be a simple task. Once arriving at the friends appartment, more clues are set up, and a road adventure insues, filled with flashback and magnitude.....and that is where I am currently at, in regards to the story....
Friday morning, I went to the gym after work. It has been 2 days since last I graced its presence. Why I feel like I am in confession?

Caught up on much needed sleep on Friday. Roamed in and out of the coffin, and didn't do much else, I ran to Ace Hardware for a rubber nut, if that counts as any activity. Thus why I am up at 3:30 cleaning the house.

Ran into the CEO of Mayo, who happens to be one of the few, the proud in Acid Yogart (my yoga class). They missed me on Thrusday. *blush*. I'll me MIA from the class for two 1/2 weeks do to work and the Vegas trip. Not too happy about that, but what are you going to do. Attempted to order my yoga CD's, with no avail. Don't believe they are open on the weekends, and the on-line form isn't working. Want to have these on my MP3 player before next weekend, if at all possible.

Murphy's law never fails. A cute guy at the gym, happened of course to be right in the adjoining locker. I give him props, specially since he wasn't "blessed" as some of us. I figure in my life time I've seen thousands of male genitalia. Nothing phases me anymore. Need to check with the gym about having a "man-scaping"/"yard-work" class. Definately needed, would be a great educational opportunity, not that I see anyone anytime soon going around the locker room saying "nice crotch cut", maybe would could save up all the hair and make a wig. Its definately an idea!

When I did crash, I must of been in a coma. Never heard my cell phone ring, not once, but twice. Nothing important: just some people who wanted to "go out". There will be other opportunity.

As far as the rest of the weekend: laying low. Spend some time in the studio. I'm just about done with a piece, that I am quite proud of, and there are a few more on the way. I'm hoping to make a tai dinner for myself this evening with cous cous. Pop a bottle of wine, and have at it....

I'm reading a very interesting book called "The Myth of you and me", which I picked up somewhere-I bank on the Salvation Army. Although I'm only 3 chapters in, it very much is hitting home on many levels. Very interested to see how the story develops. After the gym this morning, I may hit the coffee shop and try to read a bulk of it.

I'm constantly cleaning, or going through piles of stuff. People must think I'm as bad as Miss Joan Crawford. I'm not, nor would I say I'm a messy person. Just when I work a stretch, or am on the go (like last week), daily chores take a way-side, and piles form. There is something to be said about a clean house that smells like Patrolli' (spelling?) incense.
