Talked to A. this morning, in a post-work sleep deprived state. Not exactly sure what was all discussed: the "meat brothers", J's goals, and other randomness I can't recall.

Had a wonderful lunch date with miss [livejournal.com profile] imyaj, and then hit GW. GW has been horrible as of late. I refuse to pay 7 bucks for a shirt, when I can go to a store and get one for the same price, new. Either they need to decrease the prices, or have better sales, cause frankly, I'm tellin you, I'm not going. I did score a blank 400+ page journal, for 99 cents. Go me.

And I am amazed at the current on going drama on [livejournal.com profile] thriftwhore. People are constantly asking where there are thrift stores in blank city, which reading the community rules are forbodden, and lable said user into the ban-cipals office. Although the information is great, fellow thirft whores have his or her own secret haunts, they like to go, and seldom like to disclose such information... blah blah blah...doesn't anyone read anyore?

When I was in therapy, I was paying 200+ a pop for a session. The recent conversations through LJ, has shown great light on situations and the current affairs. I'm only nothing but blessed to have amazing people listed as friends.... live journal for a year account is 24 something and so much cheaper than my therapist.....

No, it's too much trouble to read. It's easier to break the rules, get your hand slapped, and then rant about what a bitch the group moderator is.

Oh, sorry---that's my own crap seeping in...

LOL! However isn't that a case, a minute of prepreation, prevents an hour of frustration.

Does GW do furniture? I was thinking about getting an old chest of drawers to put my tv on and then I could store dvds in the drawers. Just thinking. KFart had one on sale, but it had to be put together and kind of cheap quality.
LJ is much cheaper than therapist. :o

So does Salvation Army, and so Does Savers. Furniture is really hit and miss. I have an old desk in the gay-rage that is yours if you want, but it needs some "work". A new paint job, mainly.

Thanks. I will see about looking around, and maybe take a look at your desk. The cabinet my tv sits on now is perfectly fine, and if I was really productive I could probably put a shelf in it and it would be fine for holding dvds and things. Truthfully the basement is so cluttered now I shouldn't even be thinking about getting something new in there. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
