I was just on the vent unit for the first time Tuesday night. I was with the dude just around the corner as you enter the unit. The staff there sucks. The night shift nurses left and I was still waiting for someone to take over my patient. He wasn't a one to one when I got there and he wasn't going to be on days either. UGH... The night nurse came in just before she left and told me, IF I had to leave just tie his hands down again and left his day nurse know before I leave. BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was Roger a bigger guy balding with a beard? If it's the same guy, he was TOTALLY USELESS. UGH...... Hugs, Jon
