Comming up for air

The week isn't shaping up as expected.

I fucked up again. This time missing a middle of the night work meeting regarding new IV pumps. There will be others. I'm more pissed at myself for missing it. Maybe I'm just being hard.

I don't feel focused. I definately don't feel centered. Which I find to be odd.

Yoga and the temple of the Dawn

I accomplished nothing today. Nothing that I had set out to accomplish.

Yoga tonight was interesting. The more I talk to Dawn about the lowdown on her dismissal from the gym, the more it seems as if conservative, PC KGB are having more of an influx into the decision than what is being let on. I give Dawn credit to sticking in her guns.

We did this meditation today, where for ten minutes we swam across an ocean (with arm movements) to get to an island that held something that we wanted. The something that I wanted, was in a treasure chest-copper, corroded, and held a single word. Security.

ON that note, I must check to see if the coffee is done, try to accomplish something, and get to bed. Tomarrow will be a long day.
