Moses and the mass exodus

As a friendly reminder, if a person is looking for another position, it is best to keep any and all activity under wraps. Don't be printing your resume out, and leaving it on the printer. Someone will find it.

Unbeknownst to nurse manager lady, there is another mass of nurses making plans on leaving.

Unfortunately, the mass is of less seniority, which won't help assist my decent of the seniority ladder-just make my work life, that much more a pain in the ass.

Because then we will be short staffed, followed by training in the newbies. Oh and then the fun really starts. Most of our new staff are young female grads. They get boyfriends, they get knocked up, they get married, and then they pop out a few kids and then leave.

Its a cycle.

And all cycles are, is time.

There will come a time, where I'm the senior staff. Nurse manager won't be nurse manager lady for ever. If you ask me, her time is limited at best.

I'm just passing the time...

Adventures in Rummage Sales

Its official, I'm destined for hell.

Except, I don't really believe in a hell, at least not that Christian Catholic viewpoint of hell.

Only die-hard rummage sale freaks sit out in the rain, awaiting for the Church ladies to open the door for the rummage sale.

I filled a bag of clothes for 7 bucks-a larger bag that I brought with me, unbeknownst that a bag of clothes would be 7 dollars. I also picked up a pair of shoes for a buck fitty. She charged me 9 for the lot, as that is all the cash I had on me, and told me to "get out of here". So I did.

When I returned home, I realised that I had accidently, and unknowing threw in some clothes that were marked a dollar. A few of the retro clothes, and some scrubs. My total was well over the 9 dollars....

O well....

A whole new layer of SUCK

There is something to be said, when starting a 12 hour nursing shift, and your first patient gives you a urinal and a basin full of fresh puke.

FUCK.
