Sense of Style Part II
Embrace your individuality. That is the sermon today. Whatever you are, Be it.
When I pulled out some plaid slacks out of my vintage overnight bag, my parents thought I looked like a clown. The defense presented that this is the "style" of the age, and I'm able to pull it off. If it works, it works.

imyaj is our style. Anything to do with style: clothing, hair, house decorations, colors, the list go on. She's more cosmo-modern, where I'm eccentric. To the CORE. And we have discussed this topic many times before. She would never have an orange kitchen, I can't STAND white walls. She doesn't do nicky nacks. I love them-to a point.
There is a fine line. And although I disagree with most of Stacy and Clintons advice from "What not to wear", they have a point. Wear what works for you, and KNOW what works for you, and what you can and can not pull off.
Now there are standards of dress: it goes with the occassion, the event, and the weather. Brown Belt, Brown Shoes. Period. Spandex is a PRIVLEDGE not a right, and no matter how cute, squeezing yourself into a xxxl baby gap shirt, takes time, practice, and a whole lot of confidence.
But the real sermon today, is be yourself. Eveyone else is taken.
